Refund policy

We hope you love your W;EAR by Woo pieces, but if something’s not quite right, here’s how returns work.

 

Returns

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days from the date you receive your order to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, items must be in the same condition you received them including any packaging, unworn or unused with proof of purchase.

To request a return, email us at wearbywoo@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return.

If your return is approved, we’ll confirm the return address and instructions.

Items returned without contacting us first won’t be accepted.

Return postage

For change-of-mind returns, customers are responsible for the return postage cost.

If an item arrives faulty or damaged, we’ll of course cover the return postage or refund the cost.

 

Damages and issues

Please check your order when it arrives. If your item is faulty, damaged, or not what you ordered, contact us as soon as possible so we can sort it quickly and make it right.

 

Exceptions / non-returnable items

Some items can’t be returned, including:

  • Custom or personalised items including special orders made specifically for you
  • Earrings for pierced ears (for hygiene reasons, earrings are non-returnable and non-exchangeable, unless faulty or damaged on arrival)
  • Sale items
  • Gift cards

If you’re unsure whether your item can be returned, please email us before sending it back.

 

Exchanges

The easiest way to swap something is to return the original item (once approved) and we’ll credit you so you can place a new order for the replacement.

 

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll let you know if your refund has been approved. If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 3 business days. Please note it may take a little longer for your bank or card provider to process the payment.
